Hamburg Pavilion

In 1996 the Madden Family sold 100 acres of land to Fourth Quarter Properties.  They have since developed the land into what we all know as Hamburg Pavilion located just
off Exit 108 of I-75.  The development stretches along Sir Barton Way from Man O'War Boulevard to Flora Fina.  Hamburg Pavilion starts with Target at one end and Garden Ridge at the other.  From Babies R Us to the Regal Cinema and H.H. Gregg.  The Village Shoppes and various outlots round out the development.

Residential Developments

Hamburg Place also consists of a number of residential developments including single family, townhomes and condominium apartments.  The Shetlands was our first single-family home community.

Professional Offices

In addition to retail and residential developments Hamburg Place  is home to a number of professional office buildings.
