Hamburg Pavilion was developed by
Thomas Enterprises and consists of all the retail businesses on the East side of Sir Barton Way.
The area developed includes the in-line stores from Target to Garden Ridge. The outlots at the corner of Man O'War Boulevard and Sir Barton Way were developed with Restaurants, Pier I Imports and Barnes and Noble.
In addition, the strip center fronting on Sir Barton Way and anchored by Party City, PetsMart, Michael's, Marshall's, etc. include small stores such as Hallmark, Radio Shack, Sew-a-Lot, Fixed in a Flash among others.
The Village Shoppes are also part of the Pavilion and include Victoria Secret, The Gap, Ann Taylor Loft and many other shoppes.
The Pavilion area is rounded out with H H Gregg, Babies R Us and Regal Cinema at the north.
